Before we clean the first unit.
Send your vendor setup requirements with the unit list. We confirm the onboarding steps, scope and schedule before the first job.
- Access and trade release
- Arrange entry and confirm that the unit is vacant, cleared and released by maintenance. Water and power need to be available. Share access codes through your agreed handoff, rather than the public inquiry form.
- Equipment and supplies
- We bring cleaning equipment and supplies selected for the surfaces in the agreed scope.
- Your onboarding requirements
- Include the documents, vendor setup process and invoicing requirements your property uses. We review the steps with you before confirming the first job.
- Invoices by unit
- The unit number links the cleaning scope, approved extras and invoice. Billing arrangements and payment terms are agreed for the job.
- Records your team can keep
- Receive the cleaning report by email or PDF. Portal access is optional. Remaining maintenance is recorded separately from cleaning completion.
- A missed cleaning item
- Send Inna the unit number, the item on the agreed scope and a photo. We review it against the agreed scope and completion record.
Start with the next vacant unit.
Send the property, unit count and target dates. Inna and Eugene will review the scope and confirm the estimate and available schedule.
