SMS messaging program

CLEENLY sends text messages to customers who booked a cleaning at cleenly.app/book and gave express consent through a separate, unchecked opt-in checkbox on the final step of the booking form. We do not message anyone who has not opted in.

Messages we send

• Booking confirmations with the price estimate
• Day-before reminders
• Cleaner-arrival notifications
• Post-service receipts
• No more than 2 promotional messages per month, and only with separate consent

Message frequency varies by your booking activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time. Reply HELP for help, or call (425) 230-5957.

Sharing

We do not sell or share mobile numbers or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
