These Terms of Service govern your use of the services provided by Pro Craft Cleaning LLC (“Pro Craft Cleaning,” “CLEENLY,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including our website, our booking service at cleenly.app, and our SMS messaging program. By requesting or booking a cleaning, you agree to these terms.
Our services
We provide cleaning services in the Greater Seattle area. For residents, that includes regular and bi-weekly cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in and move-out cleaning, post-construction cleanup, short-term rental turnovers, and home organization. For apartment communities, that includes unit turnover cleaning, post-renovation cleaning, and common area cleaning. We bring our own supplies and equipment.
Booking and payment
Prices shown at booking are estimates based on the information you provide; the final amount may differ if the actual scope of work differs. Payment is processed securely through our payment provider (Stripe). You may reschedule or cancel a booking by contacting us; please give us as much notice as you can.
Property work and invoicing
For apartment communities, cleaning is quoted per unit before work starts, and invoiced per unit with add-ons listed under each unit number. Scope changes found on site are quoted before that unit is cleaned.
SMS messaging program
By opting in through the separate, unchecked checkbox on the final step of the booking form at cleenly.app/book, you consent to receive text messages from CLEENLY about your cleaning. Opt-in is not a condition of purchasing any service.
Message types include booking confirmations, reminders, cleaner-arrival notifications, and receipts, plus, with separate consent, no more than two promotional messages per month. Message frequency varies based on your booking activity.
Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time and HELP for help, or call (425) 230-5957. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We do not sell or share your mobile number or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
Satisfaction
If something is not right with a cleaning, contact us within 24 hours and we will make it right.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability arising from the services is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
