What shapes the estimate

Floor plan, square footage and number of bathrooms.
Condition after move-out or renovation, including appliance buildup and surface residue.
The units released for cleaning, access arrangements and target dates.
Any extra treatment agreed during the condition review.

Normal oven and refrigerator interiors, empty cabinets, bathrooms, floors and accessible windows are part of the proposed turn-clean scope.

Heavy grease, mineral buildup or renovation residue may need additional treatment. We document the condition and agree the extra work and price first. A base-scope task is never charged again as an extra.

When condition changes

We send the condition photos and proposed adjustment for approval before doing additional work.

At completion

Match the invoice to the unit, completed scope and approved additions. The cleaning report records remaining maintenance separately.
