Your team confirms that dust-producing work is finished and belongings have been cleared. Water, power and arranged entry are needed for the clean.

Questions before the first unit
Can we start with a few units?
Yes. Request an estimate for one unit or a small batch. We confirm the scope, dates and available capacity before booking. You can review the completed work before arranging further cleaning.
What is included in a turn clean?
The proposed scope covers kitchens, normal appliance and empty cabinet interiors, bathrooms, floors, closets and accessible windows. Your written estimate confirms the details for each plan. Heavy buildup or additional treatment is identified and priced separately before approval.
When should cleaning happen?
Schedule the final clean after painting, flooring and other dust-producing work. Give us the expected release date and walkthrough date when requesting an estimate. Access, water and power need to be available.
How do extra charges get approved?
We document the condition and explain the additional treatment and price. You approve the revised scope before that work begins. A task already in the base scope is not billed again as an extra.
Do we need to use the portal?
Email is a complete way to send your unit list and receive estimates and reports. The optional portal keeps approvals, photos and unit history together. Your team can download a PDF for its own records.
Do you handle repairs or full make-ready?
Our service is cleaning and documenting what remains. Your maintenance team or trade vendors handle repairs, painting, flooring and hauling. Your property team performs the final move-in inspection.
What if we find a missed cleaning item?
Send the unit number, the item on the agreed scope and a photo to Inna. We review it against the completion record and arrange the next step. Inspection and correction arrangements are agreed before the job; further trade work is assessed separately.
Start with the next vacant unit.
Send the property, unit count and target dates. Inna and Eugene will review the scope and confirm the estimate and available schedule.
