Fine dust settles inside drawers, along heater covers and in sliding tracks. We walk the finished units, identify the residue and surfaces, and quote the cleaning needed before your property walkthrough.
Most of our 52 invoiced units from May to September 2026 were cleaned after renovation. A final clean is scheduled after dust-producing work. A return visit after further trade work is scoped separately.

Final cleaning after the trades finish
Our post-construction final clean starts after dust-producing trades finish and your team clears construction debris. Send the units as your team releases them. Further trade work after cleaning may need a separately scoped return visit. Rough cleaning and hauling remain with your construction team.
