Post-renovation cleaning
After the trades finish, before the walkthrough.
Renovation leaves fine dust in every track, on every ledge and inside every cabinet. We take the unit from post-trade condition to a finish the owner or the property manager can sign off on.
We come in behind the last trade. On phased renovations we clean floor by floor as each section closes out.
Included in the standard scope
Dust removal
- Ceilings, walls and corners wiped down
- Ledges, ducts and vent covers
- Inside cabinets, drawers and closets
- Door tops, frames and hardware
Floors
- Debris and adhesive residue removed
- New flooring detailed by material
- Grout haze cleared from tile
- Edges, transitions and thresholds
Glass and fixtures
- Window glass, frames, sills and tracks
- Mirrors, shower glass and hardware
- Light fixtures, switches and outlets
- Appliance protective film removed
Handover
- Paint specks scraped from glass and tile
- Sticker and label residue removed
- Second dust pass after settling
- Unit left ready for final walkthrough
