Unit turnover cleaning

Move-out to move-in, unit by unit.

A unit is vacant, the next resident has a move-in date, and the space has to be inspection-ready before keys change hands. We clean the unit end to end and hand it back ready to show.

A standard one-bedroom takes one crew a single day. Multi-unit lists are scheduled in blocks so a floor clears together.
