Pro Craft Cleaning LLC (“Pro Craft Cleaning,” “CLEENLY,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a cleaning company serving the Greater Seattle area. We operate our customer-facing booking service at cleenly.app under the brand CLEENLY. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to our website, our booking service, and our SMS messaging program.

Information we collect

  • Contact details you provide when you request or book a cleaning: name, phone number, email address, and service address.
  • Booking details: home size, service type, preferred dates, and any notes you share.
  • Payment information, processed securely by our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store full card numbers.
  • Basic technical data (such as IP address and browser type) and, where you opt in, the exact consent text shown, to keep a record of your consent.

Quote requests on this site

The quote form on procraftcleaning.com/contact collects the name, company, email, phone, property, unit count, dates, and notes you enter. That information is delivered to us by email so we can price the work and reply to you. Submitting the form does not opt you into text messages or marketing.

How we use your information

  • To schedule, provide, and follow up on the cleaning services you request.
  • To communicate with you about your booking by phone, email, and, if you opt in, text message.
  • To process payments and send receipts.
  • To comply with legal obligations and protect against fraud or misuse.

SMS messaging program

If you opt in, CLEENLY sends text messages related to your cleaning. You provide consent through a separate, unchecked checkbox on the final step of the booking form at cleenly.app/book. We do not text anyone who has not opted in.

Message types include booking confirmations with your price estimate, day-before reminders, cleaner-arrival notifications, and post-service receipts. With separate consent, we may also send no more than two promotional messages per month.

Message frequency varies based on your booking activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time, or HELP for help. You may also call us at (425) 230-5957.

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or your SMS/messaging consent information with any third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

How we share information

We share personal information only with service providers that help us operate, for example our messaging provider (Twilio) to deliver texts and our payment provider (Stripe) to process payments. These providers may use your information only to perform services for us. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing. We may disclose information when required by law.

Your choices

  • You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP.
  • You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information by contacting us.
