- Approve the full cleaning scope
- The estimate names the unit, included work and any extra treatment. Changes in scope or price come back for approval.
- Use the report in your workflow
- Receive a checklist, photos and remaining-maintenance notes by email or PDF. Portal access is optional.
- Start with a small batch
- Have us quote a first unit or several released units. Review the work before arranging an ongoing schedule.
